The road to a healthy diet

If you want to reduce weight healthily, because in the end you realize that the miracle diets all they do is waste your time and your health, you have to give congratulations and be happy to help you get your new purpose: to lose those pesky kilos of more, but this time, doing the right things and hurried from the beginning.

As always, the “miracle diets” become popular in an instant, but then lost in oblivion as quickly as they appeared at the time
Some examples of these crazy diets are the Atkins Diet, Mayo Clinic Diet, Diet Hollywood, liquid protein diet, monodietas (diet of the artichoke, pineapple, etc …) and recently the Dukan diet or the diet of the probe.

Surely you’ve heard of some of them or even you may have done more than you like to admit that …

Well, that does not matter now. What matters is that you realize that it is no longer an issue that worries the beauty, but something that goes beyond that, your health.

Now my challenge is as follows: a maximum of 3 post, I must give the necessary guidelines to start incorporating your daily habits, a healthy diet.

Keep in mind that the goal is not that I get over my challenge, but your gain a healthier life and why not, you eliminate your body any of those love handles that torment you. Of course, without obsessing, in the end who really value and appreciate you, no account if you no longer wear a size 38 you could put at 20 years.

You should sleep 7 to 8 hours a day.

Stay hydrated; drink 2 liters of water a day will improve the health of your skin, and will help to eliminate toxins, which otherwise would remain in your body.

As far as possible try to do 5 or 6 meals. It is proven that if you spread what you eat throughout the day instead of 2 or 3 meals, but less forceful in 6, have less hunger.

You can resort to satisfying food of low energy content. It is very effective in combating hunger between meals trick.

Consume foods rich in fiber, in addition to its satiating power, regulate the passage of food through the digestive tract.

Avoid excess salt in foods. It promotes fluid retention, as well as the development of diseases such as hypertension.

Avoid saturated fats. Too much cholesterol in the body you can take its toll.

While a glass of wine with meals can be beneficial to your heart, overdo, could, in addition to weight gain, provoke various diseases.

Who does not like a sweet! … But if every day we eat out of control, in addition to accumulate in the body as fat, over time, we could develop diabetes mellitus.

Before starting any diet, good set goals. You can think long-term goals, but more important are the short-term goals that will give you the instant gratification in your day to day. Those who give you reasons to keep going and not give up.

Making a healthy diet is not synonymous with being hungry and eating bland foods. You can lose weight by eating healthy, without hunger and with a little imagination we can give an original touch to our meals, making them much more palatable (the how, and will in the next post).

Perform physical exercise is essential for improving your daily health. If you want to burn fat you should practice moderate-intensity aerobic exercise.

Enjoy every bite. Digeriras slowly eating better food and will feel satisfied with less food. The heaviness that appears once finished eating, is given largely by ingesting a large amount of food in a very short period of time.

These points are some of the basic pillars to start a healthy diet. I will let the assimilate, to begin tomorrow and delve deeper into them.
